CGFNS - CVS (Received but not accepted)

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had this situation. I applied for my CVS end of January 2011. I am already licensed here in New Jersey and am endorsing my license to New York. All my requirements have been accepted except one. This morning i checked my email from CGFNS stating they have received my transcript from my college. I then went on the CGFNS website to check the status and it says under transcript validation form: "RECEIVED BUT NOT ACCEPTED" I then called CGFNS to ask them what was missing, the guy told me that all the paperwork was filled out, but my official transcript wasn't attached to the documents that my school sent out. Yet, in the email and correspondence, it says that my transcripts have been received. I'm confused now. It has already been 4 months, and I'm not sure if this is a common situation. Has this happened to anyone else? Or maybe CGFNS did not update their information yet. Any suggestions/experiences would be very helpful. Thank you!!!

With regards to CVS CGFNS will send everything they receive after 6 months to the NY BON who will then assess application plus CVS and make a decision, if anything is missing and NY BON has received everything then they may accept you sending in the missing docs

hi! that is my same problem.. i was shocked when i saw the email of CGFNS that tehy received but not accpeted my application. So i quickly called the CGFNS hotline and they said that they cant tell me what is the missing "papers or documents" that my school sent but they emailed / mailed my school... it's been a month now and my school hasn't received the letter form CGFNS. what to do??? please help!
