CGFNS CES RESULT

I Paid 500 USD for my CES I got my CES report within 1 week. here is my CES report result, school- Comparable to a Bachelor of Science in Nursing program in the United States

license- comparable to the registration of a first-level general (registered) nurse in the United States.is this a positive result? does it mean that the Oregon BON will make me eligible to take the NCLEX? hoping for your response. thank you and more power.

What does it mean by the 960 work experience? Does it mean actual hospital duty as an RN or duty hours from school? Im confused... can someone explain... thanks :)

I am currently in Oregon and would like to know more on how to start my nursing here. I understand that CGFNS is the first step. Can you tell me more about it. I have ideas already but I don't want to mess it up to avoid spending unnecessary expenses. Thank you. Looking forward to your response!
