CGFNS what can I do!!!

I am facing problems with visa screen. CGFNS said the seal on my school transcript is 'invalid' so they sent an email including a verification letter to my school. However,my school didn't receive anything. Therefore, I request CGfNS to resend and the result is the same, no one get any email from them.

they also claim that they sent a post mail to my school but the same, no one receive any post from CGFNS.

dose any know what is the school verification letter about and what should I do now? Please help and thanks so much

I'm afraid you will have to keep communicating with CGFNS and your school until a valid transcript and the verification letter is received by CGFNS. Be persistent, don't give up.Good luck

i reaallly dont know how to fix it too. but just try to follow up it with cgfns. it happens to my school also and my school know how to fix it too..they are just waiting for the email/postmail by the cgfns..

Had the same issue with CGFNS. It is not that a itselve school seal is invalid, the problem is that CGFNS have nothing to compare the seal to... that's why they wrote a letter to your school for them to provide a "sample" of the seal. Any news now?

Did your school receive the documents sent from Cgfns?

My transcript suddenly been accepted and now the VS cert is processing.
