Hello, Did your school receive the documents sent from Cgfns? My transcript suddenly been accepted and now the VS cert is processing.

Sorry for bothering you again! I just called cgfns and they do not accept the self verification letter wrote from my school. I know it's a bit troublesome but could you please do me a favour? Could you please kindly ask your school about the verification letter and send a soft copy to me? Thanks for your reply again. Yes, they sent it through email and post mail. But the problem is my school checked several times, they even check with IT support to see whether there is sth wrong in the school internet. However, there is still nth. I was so worry because Cgfns insist they sent out the verification letter but my school insist they didn't receive it. My school even wrote a letter (from the program leader) to Cgfns to explain the situation but Cgfns still not accept the school seal...

My school didn't receive anything from Cgfns but Cgfns said they sent an email to my school I requested to sent the verification letter three times in the past three months but my school still didn't receive anything I am kind of tired ... hopefully everything will go well

Hello!i am suffering the same problem but unfortunately, my school didn't receive the verification form while Cgfns insist they sent it to my school! If it is possible, can you send me that verification form? I would like to know what's inside and what is required to fill in. It would be a big help for me, thank you very much.

Not yet...Just finished calling CGFNS and again, resend mail or email take 30 business days. Did you contact your school? Cause I keep contacting with my school but the result was nothing received.

My university is in UK! The interesting point was my school constantly receive things from CGFNS except this time...

I am facing problems with visa screen. CGFNS said the seal on my school transcript is 'invalid' so they sent an email including a verification letter to my school. However,my school didn't receive anything. Therefore, I request CGfNS to resend and the result is the same, no one get any email from them. they also claim that they sent a post mail to my school but the same, no one receive any post from CGFNS. dose any know what is the school verification letter about and what should I do now? Please help and thanks so much
