CFRN Review Course

Published

Hello

I'm new to flight nursing and need to get certified. I've done a ton of searches but haven't come across anything recent regarding review courses. I went on the BCEN website and the ASTNA.org website. I was hoping to take either a live or online review course.

Can anyone guide me in the right direction? I have 18 yrs experience in ER/ICU/MICU/SICU & High Risk Labor and Delivery. However, from what I am reading I would still need to take a course or read a study guide etc to prepare for the exam.

I would appreciate any help.

Thanks so much.

Try this website out. Wing field books are the best prep but he is also adequate https://www.flightbridgeed.com/home/index.php?option=com_rseventspro&view=rseventspro&Itemid=632,

I studied for the CFRN with the FlightBridgeEd material. I really enjoyed the podcasts by Eric B. since I have a long commute to work. I would advise the nurses to study the correct material as I have seen a lot of additional material that is not on the CFRN outline published by the BCEN. Remember that FlightBridgeEd is by Eric B. a paramedic. His wife is a CFRN nurse and co-authors the material but i have seen a ton on stuff that was not on the CFRN. Happy Studying
