I'm having a little difficulty navigating the site. I am specifically looking for psychiatric articles or case studies to read and get credit as a nurse. All the psychiatric articles I look at only give credit to physicians? Am I looking in the wrong place?
Try this - they're not all CEU online tests but hopefully something wil be useful. The site does certainly got a far stronger medical than nursing focus.

Try Medscape Nurses Education.

I hated Medscape; it took me forever to get them to stop sending me emails. I think I had to unsubscribe for about three months until they stopped infesting my inbox.

I use Nursing Spectrum. They're free and you can knock out most of them in under 30min, unless you do the ones that are worth 30 credits; they take a little longer.

I do a lot with Medscape, some with the Oncology Nursing Society (which is good for when I need to renew my OCN), and my facility subscribes to CE Direct, so I'll so some there.

I use Medscape almost exclusively. I never subscribed to their e-mail lists, and only sign on when I care to get some CEUs. I've done a few that were intended for just physicians, and, as long as you're properly registered, it converts the credits to give you CEUs, or at least it did on the couple I've done. If you do the one's intended for physicians, be ready, they are a lot more in depth than the nursing ones.
