Hello fellow nurses in recovery (the strongest soilders...remember fellow nurses God only chooses the strongest soilders for the toughest battles) I have a question about CEU's. There comes a time with certain things that require me to think past today. In 2016 I will apply for reinstatement. I was told today I will need to not only repeat the boards. But also I need to have has CEU's for the past seven years. Help can I do that with an inactive license.
Thanks

Give it a try. Log into NetCE.com, see if you can participate and get CE acknowledgement for takeing the course even if your license is not active. OR are you exempted for the time you are "on hold" for having to account for CE's. Southwestern schools also has online CE credits. hope that helps. Peace

I've rarely been asked about the status of my license when signing up for continuing education programs. Usually, they don't know or care if you're licensed or not.
