Hello
I am a romanian nurse working in London. I will be in US next year as i hold a green card. I need a CES report as i want to work in Florida. As far as I know the board doesn't require secondary school transcripts. When I read the report, I have noticed they require too many subjects. I cannot even remember if I studied in high school...Have a look

I had a look on my nursing school transcripts and I cannot find any subject. My high school transcripts will be very hard to obtain as i don't know if the school still exist after 20 years...and the school find them, does it is necessary for the high school to send to CGFSN some transcripts?
I am lost, and i don't know where to start. i was going to fill up myself the courses i did in high school..

Usually if left school over 10 years high school certificate not required. Suggest contacting CGFNS
Thank you for your prompt response Silverdragon. I will definitely contact CGFNS. Just wandering how to fill the form. To leave it empty for the subjects I studied in high school? As they are half of that request form. I have a baccalaureate certificate, i am not worried about sending it over, but they ask for theoretical hours. Unfortunately I cannot attached images on this forum.
