Hi all. I'm a foreign educated nurse and I'm trying to get my licence recognized by a US BON. My CES Report has been issued a few days ago and made electronically available to the BON I applied to. I believe it is going to take about a month to have a reply from the BON, but my question is: once you got your CES report (positive) can the BON refuse to give you the Elegibility to take the NCLEX? Thanks in advance.
Hi Rona, CGFNS is always taking all the time they can before giving you a feedback. I don't know how fast is supposed to be the expedite service but be aware that it is business days so It could take longer than you think. Do you have to provide english exam proof as well? Personally, once I had my CES, everything has gone smoothly. I have been made eligible in a few days and got my ATT right after that. Took and passed NCLEX on july 5. Good luck and all the best to you.

Ces for Texas doesn't require submission of English exam to cgfns. The copy of English exam result needs to go direct from the testing center to Texas bon. However, I still provided my English exam result to cgfns for their record.
Congratulations and all the best to you too. Thank you for your reply. Appreciate it.
When I started the whole process I had no clue what was to be done so I applied first for the Visa Screen then I learnt I had to apply for the CES report in the first place. So now I'm just waiting for my Visa Screen to be issued. At that time I didn't even know that there are international agencies recruiting foreign nurses. As far as I know I'm the first nurse educated in Italy to have an American license so I couldn't get any help from anybody here as well. Anyway I have my licence now and I have a couple of contacts that I hope are good enough to make me move to the US. All the best to you!

hI all, i finally heard from the bon i applied to and it seems all is in order with my documents. They sent me a deficiency letter in which it is said i have to take the nclex before a specific date or i have to submit a new application. Am I not supposed to be made eligible by the BON before I can get my ATT by pearson? I'm a little confused. Anyone can help? Thanks
