CES or CGFNS

just wanted to know which is better to process to get the CGFNS certificate the CES or taking the CGFNS exam.i'm through with my ielts.tnx alot....

If the state does not require CGFNS exam then no reason to do it. It is not like the NCLEX plus with retrogression much better to gain nursing experience and employers are more likely to employ you if already passed NCLEX.
