I'm currently processing my ces-cgfns for hawaii.. I'm in u.s so i'll just ask my friend to process it for me. Question: how much did you pay sa prc for them to mail the docu sa cgfns? Anything else that my friend should bring? i applied using my married name, should i also give them (prc) a copy of my marriage license coz my license has not been updated to my married name yet? Do i need to send her anything like certified true copy of my license (active), certification of passing, board rating etc? or she should just bring the form downloaded at cgfns site?

is there anything else that i need to request from my school like tor?

It will cost u 1500-2k pesos for the mailing fee and u need to send a authorization letter for ur friend for the process and the cgfns printed paper which the prc need to fill out.

Yes pay at prc office. Just show the old and ur new surname for proof. It took 2 weeks for cgfns to receive the letter

Hi mrsmvrm, sorry I hijacked your old post, I couldn't find a way to pm u here. Anyways I have question that u might know the answer. Hmm I wanna know if I could use my married name on my cgfns ces application even though all of my transcripts and license are in my maiden name.I I badly want to use my married name but im worried that I will be required to change all my kegal docs in Phil to my married name which is difficult for me being here in U.S .. pls enlighten me with your experience about this. Thank u.. will wait for your response.. crossed fingers :)
