Certifications/ Organizational Affiliation suggestions please!

I was curious what certifications and education looks best on a resume? I am an ICU and ED nurse and plan to get my CCRN in a few months. I was wondering if there are other certifications or affiliations with organizations that would actually be worth the time/effort/money involved.

Trying my best to spruce up my resume and get the most out of what I am working towards right now. I am not in a place to begin a masters, so smaller ways to boost my professional appeal are of interest to me.

Thanks for any suggestions!

For the ED...CEN, TNCC, ENPC. I'm sure you already have ACLS and PALS

Yes, I have BLS, ACLS, TNCC, VARN, IABP, and am getting PALS in April.

CCRN is pretty prestigious - among the certs that not only require mastery of a complex knowledge base, but also a minimum level of experience before you become eligible to take the exam. Rest on your laurels, my friend! And be sure to always list your credentials after your name following the ANA standard. (degrees), (Highest Nursing Degree), (Licensure), (Certifications)
