Certification w/o OB experience?

I would love to become an OB nurse, but like others I am having trouble finding the jobs! I would like to keep learning though and wonder if there are any certs I can do, without having any previous experience? I would be studying of course.

Thank you I did know that these are different, but while we are on it, what CAN they do differently (teaching,jobs?)?

Legally, they do nothing differently, but IBCLC is considered the "gold standard" and most places that hire lactation professionals require that they be IBLCE-certified, or working towards it.
