Hello everyone, today is the first day to apply for Cerritos Nursing program. I did not see a forum created and wanted to create one so we can all stay in touch with future emails. BEST OF LUCK TO US! ??

Dang. Makes me wonder if they actually go by the point system! 
 

Did you apply anywhere else?? 
I ended up getting an acceptance letter from another school the next day. I applied to so many schools and I'm so glad I did!

I believe its 50% top point scorers/50% lottery. ? I did & haven't received great news just yet.. I'm waiting on 2 more. This process is so discouraging..

hi! I got accepted for Spring 2024 and was wondering if anyone is planning to accept their offer and go to the orientation in June?

Hi Michelle,

I was accepted for Spring 2024 as well. I've submitted my acceptance form. Did you receive a respond back confirming they got your acceptance? All I received was an automatic response about them no longer accepting applications for Option A.

Hello, this is my first time applying to Cerritos program. I have not received any email from the nursing department. Were we supposed to? I got the confirmation email when I applied but no other email.

Did they send the email to our personal or did you receive your email via the school's email?

From the message on the website, I'm guessing that if a person was chosen or is an alternate they would have received an email by now. If an applicant has not received any email most likely the applicant was not chosen.

Anyone an lvn already and applied for the bridge/ladder program? There is a 2-3 semesters waitlist, which is fine with me as long as I know I will be able to get in after that. Plus, it is not based on points, which could be a good thing for those who do not have the enough points.

I received it to the email I put on the application.
