Has anyone received any info about their specific parking spot aside from the general email?

No. But I think if you signed up for parking during onboarding, they will give you your parking information when they give you the ID badge during the onsite CS-Link training.

hey all! anyone else in the OR? wanted to confirm whether this week's training class (Group A vs B) is not for us?

I know they said we would be doing modules but not sure if they meant that for today?

3S - Short Stay Unit

Hi guys. I interviewed yesterday for 3S at 10:15am and it lasted for 45mins. I was super surprised on how fast they were cuz I got an offer letter the same day at 5pm! My panel consisted of 4 people. Lots of behavioral/situation questions and 2 case study questions. They gave me ample of time to ask them questions and they were very informative and nice. 😊

Hi! I'm not sure if you'll see this, but CONGRATS! I applied to the Spring '25 Cohort. I have an interview with 3S - Short Stay coming up. I was wondering how you like the team and unit so far and if you have any other tips for the interview. Any insight is greatly appreciated. 😊

Congratulations on getting an interview! I love love love the team! And not just the floor nurses, the management for this unit is amazing. Completely different from what I've seen with any other hospitals! People on the floor are so nice especially to new grads. If you get hired, you'll be in great hands! New Grad program at cedars is amazing as well! Very organized. As for the interview, just come prepared and don't be nervous so you can answer the questions genuinely. When they ask you to tell them about yourself, that's truly your time to shine and your chance to stand out from the rest. They hired 3 people in that unit for my cohort. Before, that unit only hired 1. So keep that in mind. Basic easy  case study questions. Lots of behavioral/personality questions. GOOD LUCK!

Thanks for getting back to me! This is sooooo helpful! I'm glad to hear that it's very organized and that the team and management are amazing! That's important for me in New Grad programs and the units! Thanks again! I'm keeping my fingers crossed everything works out!  I wish you the best!

Yes I did, thank you! I wonder how many they hired for that unit

Hello and Congrats! I tried messaging you privately. I have an upcoming interview with the Neuro/Stroke unit and would love to hear about your experience working with the team. Do you have any advice or tips for the interview? I'd really appreciate any insights you can share!

hiii everyone, did anyone that was placed as an alternate end up getting a call back? I was selected to be an alternate and was just wondering how likely it is that they'll reach out 😮

Yea, it's been so tough! I even emailed a recruiter to see if maybe they'd give me advice on how to stand out for next time or make my submission more appealing but no response. 😕 Nothing new..

I took the entire 45 minutes because I asked like 10 minutes of questions and the director also gave me long answers.

I interviewed with 4S on Monday because the director was going to be out during the regular interview days. There were 4 other people interviewing me and they pretty much only asked me clinical questions LOL. Maybe the first 2 questions were like why Cedars/why oncology type things.

Hi! How do you like working in this unit? I have an upcoming interview with them and I was wondering if you have any tips for me? I'd greatly appreciate it!
