As far as getting our uniform, we haven't received any info/instructions about it right? Just making sure I'm not missing anything.
thank you 😊

I haven't received any further instructions about it. After I went in to do my pre boarding stuff with HR and EHS I haven't heard anything.

I was just gonna come here and ask the same question.

has anyone received any kind of updates on onboarding process? Like do they let you know if you completed all the steps necessary? And where to show up for work and uniforms?

Hi I asked and was informed the first day or maybe two (they are not sure yet) will be business casual. Once cleared and ready to start they will provide a link or info on how to order scrubs.

Hello, yes EH will send you a letter to your account and HR will send you an email once they have everything stating you are cleared and ready for your start date. If you have already completed EH and you have your letter from them I would recommend following up with your HR person.

I was told we would get an email in the following weeks with further instructions about our first day/week and what that'll look like.

I just got an email from my recruiter confirming completing my onboarding and that I'm cleared for 02/03!

"You will receive 2 different emails about orientation. Monday, 01/27/2025 you will receive an email with just general info, On Wednesday, 01/29/2025 another email will be sent with more detail info and on Monday, 02/03/2025 you will receive a link for the welcome session."

Same, got the email yesterday but yours is more specific. Mine just says, "You should have received orientation communication, and your department will be in communication regarding your work schedule. Please reach out to your recruiter if you do not have your work schedule closer to your start date.”

so I'll just wait for more emails cuz I'm curious about the uniform and parking info.

Anyone here who worked at cedars as a care partner or anything else before getting hired for the new grad program? How's the fit of the scrubs? Does it run big, small, or true to size? I know we can come in to try it but tryna save myself from the drive 😭

I'm thinking of going in a little early on one of the days that I have to go in person since the office opens at 6:30a

I went yesterday. I would recommend going in person 🙂 the lady is so nice and helpful

congratulations everyone. I didn't get picked which is completely okay but to add insult to injury, Cedars resent me the text and email that said "Cedars-Sinai Careers: Sorry, you were not selected for the position of New Grad RN Residency Program - Winter 2025 Cohort". it's okay because I got offered a residency program 3 hours later that is closer and doesn't make me pay for parking and the pay is chef kiss.

good luck everyone. 😃

Just to let y'all know, if you can't make it to

Just went in for the fitting today and scrubs run a bit small on me. Maybe err on one size larger if you want to save the drive.
