I interviewed for Onc!

Hi! I definitely have been enjoying it so far. I feel like I have decent support when I need it. I have been finding it hard to navigate but it's all definitely doable. In terms of interview tips, I'd say just know the basics and be able to recall your past experiences with patients and in clinical. They asked me about my experiences and also how I would deal with certain situations. Feel free to PM me if you have any more questions!

Has anyone received any info about their specific parking spot aside from the general email?

I'm thinking of going in a little early on one of the days that I have to go in person since the office opens at 6:30a

I just got an email from my recruiter confirming completing my onboarding and that I'm cleared for 02/03! "You will receive 2 different emails about orientation. Monday, 01/27/2025 you will receive an email with just general info, On Wednesday, 01/29/2025 another email will be sent with more detail info and on Monday, 02/03/2025 you will receive a link for the welcome session."

I haven't received any further instructions about it. After I went in to do my pre boarding stuff with HR and EHS I haven't heard anything.

Honestly I didn't plan on doing any of it until it's specified what to complete

Yeah I finished all my onboarding stuff. Did your HR associate contact you yet? I'd probably email them if you don't hear anything by the end of this week (since it's the holidays)

That's so nice ? I was literally freaking out when I realized they were just only asking clinical/situational questions when others in the past have mentioned mostly behavioral

4S Oncology ?

They're super quick with the decisions it seems. I interviewed on Monday, got my official letter yesterday, and the onboarding email today. But in the connectivity meeting the recruiter said she'll try to get all decisions out by the 16th.

I took the entire 45 minutes because I asked like 10 minutes of questions and the director also gave me long answers. I interviewed with 4S on Monday because the director was going to be out during the regular interview days. There were 4 other people interviewing me and they pretty much only asked me clinical questions LOL. Maybe the first 2 questions were like why Cedars/why oncology type things.
