Yea Even if it's a smaller hospital to get ypur experience. Come back stronger. My husband got rejected 12 years ago from cedars and happened his company wanted to work with cedars as EPIC consultant. Now, he moved other company , cedars doesn't want to left him go. So, he was redirected but came back stronger.

the e-mail said we would get it within 72 hours and given that it is the weekend I'm just gonna tell myself I'm getting it on Monday so I'm not as anxious 😫

I received an offer letter from my unit where I had to click "accept.” Is that what you're referring to when you say you're waiting for the email to sign? Or is there another email after accepting it?
