On the same boat. Haven't heard anything yet but heavy on "what's meant for me is out there" 💯 at this point just keep applying and after you get that 1 year experience you can transfer/apply anywhere 🥲 I realized NGPs are incredibly hard to get into but I don't let that bring me down

true. There are couple of new grad that will open next week so I am not worried but also applying for smaller hospital that have new grad
