Hi guys! I'm not planning on applying til the next cohort but does anyone know if everyone gets an interview or only some/ if there is an HR screening ? I heard Cedars interviews everyone, but I'm not sure if that's true.

Each department selects who they want to interview. Not everyone gets it

Hi, good for you being ahead of the game. Not everyone received an invite to interview. Cedars caps the amount of applications so make sure you have everything ready to go (resume, cover, recc letters) everything they list on their website. Apply as soon as possible. I think this time around the application was only open a couple of days. Start working on everything with time and make sure everything looks good. Best of luck!

OK thanks so much for your advice! I had planned on applying to this cohort, but I didn't realize you need your RN lisence when you applied and I was a few weeks out from graduation. If you don't mind me asking where you selected? And if so, I would love to hear your advice about resume/cover letter formatting? I hear so many things on "what's right" and it's so overwhelming. Sorry I wish we could do private messages on here

I hope to too! 🙏 I remember they said they were interviewing 18-20 new grads. My interview was super short (20 mins). So IDK how I feel about it but I'm hoping for the best 😊 but yeah they were super informative about the program. What kind of questions did they ask you?

Hi sorry for the late response. Thanks for the info! My interview was about 30 to 35 min. and they asked me the typical questions " tell us about yourself? Why this unit? Why should we hire you?" They also piggybacked off my responses, gave me a rundown of the unit and then gave me time to ask them questions. Super stoked to be the first some of the first to be interviewed by that unit. I am surprised to have even been able to get an interview. Let's hope for the best for us 🙏. Im hopefully waiting for today
