Cedars-Sinai Winter 2025 New Grad Residency Program

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center's New Grad Registered Nurse Program applications opened today for their Winter 2025 Cohort.

Could someone give me a quick rundown of what was covered during the connectivity test? I totally missed it with my current timezone.

It was a little over an hour long.
I'd rather not go into great detail here, but I would email the contact to request the power point.

- Decisions will be finalized by Monday the 13th.

- They are looking to hire ~ 2 NG/unit and 5+ to float.

- They provided a few interview tips and then answered individual questions. 

- Unit specific questions were deferred for us to ask during interviews.

Oh! I'm so sorry they said interview decisions finalized by the 13th and decisions will be provided no later than the following Monday. All in December.

Thanks for the clarification! Nearly had a heart attack thinking we had to wait until mid-January LOL

For those that didn't get an interview did you receive a rejection notification or email? I haven't received any notification since I submitted my application on Nov 5th. My application still says "under review".

I'm in the same boat. I was thinking about reaching out through email tomorrow in hopes of getting some clarity at least.

This happened to me but I did email them and then ended up getting a rejection text of "not being considered" days later

How many people interviewed you? Do you mind sharing what kind of question they asked?
