If I can't make the connectivity test online, then I can still dial in right? Could've sworn I saw a phone number on there 😓 probably gonna be stuck in traffic at that time from work haha

download the app to your phone to listen in 🙂

Hi everyone! For those of you who got interviews, how did you format your personal statement? Did you have it like a cover letter?

I submitted a cover letter and personal statement. I formatted my cover letter like a typical cover letter and my personal statement as an essay. However, I already had templates of both, so I just made each one Cedars specific. I also wanted to share more info about why I was applying to the units I was applying to, so that is one of the reasons why I submitted a separate cover letter (not that it ended up mattering since I didn't get selected for the two I wrote about).

I applied to OR, and I haven't heard of an update from anyone else for that unit. My status still says it's under consideration, but I'm starting to get discouraged because the timeline for interviews is Dec 11 & 12...I think /:

If their HR process is like the processes for the hospitals I did get rejected from, then you probably won't hear until after all the offers have been sent and accepted (so sometime the week of the 16th).

I see. I was confused because I saw some people had already received rejection emails from other units. But thank you for the insight. I guess I'll just keep waiting then, and search for other residencies as well.
