Hello everybody. My name is Bianca, and I'm a nurse residing in NYC. I started this thread for anybody who applied for the Spring 2022 New Graduate cohort and wanted to connect. I did not know this program even existed until yesterday when the recruiter recommended it to me after being ineligible for another position. With that being said, I wish everybody the best of luck and hope all of us get picked for our respective units ? (My 1st choice is Main OR and my Second choice is General Medicine, I think 8S- General Surgical)

Just finished/cleared of both background and health screening to my knowledge based on an email of from my EHS saying cleared, and cleared for drug screening, and "I think background screening. I just got an email from Hireright just showing a transcription of my background history, IDK if it means my cleared though. But I asked HR and said it means I'm complete.

Oh wow! I did my health screening and drug test on the April 18th and still haven’t received my clearance letter from EHS. When did you have your appointment?

I did my EHS appt on April 19th at 2:30 pm and I did my drug screening on April 20th, and the result for the drug screening came quick, I think the 21st. I got my clearance letter for the EHS appt on the 22nd.

How did you get your results for the drug test? I literally haven’t heard anything since I did all my appointments.

So when I first did my drug screening, I got negative dilute and got an email notification by both my HR recruiter and HireRight. But I did the second time April 20th. April 22nd I got an email from HireRight for my background check and it was it was a link of a transcription about the background screening. I didn't know if that meant I was cleared, so I emailed the HR recruiter about drug screening and background check for confirmation, and was told I was cleared on both.

Hey girl, I did my health screening around that time too, and haven’t received anything either. I just got a notification that my background check went through from Hire right but that was it!
I did my drug screen on 4/18 and EHS appt on 4/19. Never received confirmation on the results of my drug screen, but did see it was negative on my background report summary. I also emailed HR to confirm my clearance. She said I am actually not fully cleared until she received my EHS clearance letter. She said I’d receive a detailed email stating in the header that I’m fully cleared to work. I do have a copy of my clearance from my EHS appt though. She said they usually send out the clearance letter a few days before our start date.
