Yes I assumed from this thread, and I also contacted him and the way it was worded it sounded like only alternates received the reference. Hopefully I am wrong and both receive the check, I'm so sorry if I made anyone nervous!

Yes he told me before my interview that both would receive the email as well! Candidates and alternates ?

Did Aramik say it was tomorrow? I thought it would be a week or so but if it's tomorrow, even better. Does the reference check pretty much mean we got the position?

It sounds like a lot of people are hearing different things, I talked to him before my interview and he said by Monday and he told someone else I know by Monday but then someone else told me sometime next week. The reference check is a good sign but it’s not 100% because they also send it to two or three alternate candidates? That’s why I’m still pretty anxious about it because I really just am praying for a confirmation!!??

The reason he told me Monday is because the on boarding process takes about four weeks

From the previous cohort's allnurses tab all the people who got reference checks also got offers haha which is why I was curious as to if that was for sure, but thank you for clarifying that! I hope we hear back asap, but references are already completed and when I asked Aramik for a timeline on the references to relay the information to my recommenders, he said latest Monday LOL

Right! so like every single person that got the reference check got an offer so that's why I wanted to confirm if that is what it meant. Has your portal been updated?
