Hi everyone. I just wanted to make a chat for everyone that applied for the new grad program. Has anyone heard back yet?

And when I click on "submission received," it says: Thank you for your online submission! An automated email responses has been sent to you to confirm receipt. If there is a match between your qualifications and the requirements of our position, a member of the Cedars-Sinai recruiting team will be happy to reach out to you for further discussion.

If all of yours say 'Under Consideration," -I don't think I got it ?

Congrats on getting an interview!! May I know if you are an internal/external applicant? I'm wondering if only externals would receive notifications by June 28th. My application says "Under Consideration" since June 3rd. Thank you!

Nope i'm not internal! If the application says that you would get a notification by June 28th, maybe they just have not emailed all the candidates yet!

Wow, mine was under consideration since 6/3 and I spoke to my recruiter at my school on 6/13 who told me I would be considered by them and then another recruiter called me and told me I would be “lucky” to get this position (they didn’t know until the that Wed I applied) and then it goes back to “submission received” yesterday. Huh, that’s odd. ??

Hi, I've also applied to cedar sinai my current status is under consideration. But I was wondering would you mind sending me your resume because I have applied to many locations without luck and I am wondering if it is my resume that is not good enough. Seeing that cedar lilies your application your resume must be well put together. You can remove any personal info off of it I would just like to see how it is organized. Let me know and I'll give you my email. I would appreciate the help!

If you want to send me your email address I would be happy to! I know it is really frustrating, I have re done my resume a few times after not hearing back from hospitals. I read a lot of posts about how recruiters use computer programs to filter out applicants by looking at resumes. If you have spelling errors, things are spaced funky, or lack of "key words", you could be automatically disqualified without a recruiter even looking at the content of your resume!

My application still says "under consideration" and the video interview says it has been "submitted". The video interviews aren't technically due until tomorrow, so hopefully we'll hear something soon about in person interviews! Fingers crossed!
