I got a call last night from HR for Little Company for a phone interview for a position in their ER! I have another offer from another hospital, so I’m weighting the two. Does anyone know when the TIP program officially starts in September?

And any notifications about the CVICU?

Mine says "Submission Received" and it was updated on June 3rd. I haven't gotten a video interview request ?

Really? I submitted May 24th and still haven't heard anything ? . What hospitals did you put as your first/second choices? Any preference in units?

Hi all!! Congrats to all who have gotten offers so far!! So I’m going in for my second round interview on Friday for The Heart Institute, and I’m super excited! A couple of questions for those who have finished the process if you don’t mind: 1. How quickly after your second round interview did you find out you got it? 2. Does anyone know what the schedule is like for the program, or is it different by unit? I know it’s 22 weeks, but is it all classroom based for that time, or clinicals as well? Is it 8 hours/5days a week kind of thing, or some clinical 12 hour days mixed in there too? The Heart Institute is night shift, so will I be working that shift during the 22 week program, or will that start afterwards? Sorry I know that’s a lot, just trying to get a gauge as to what to expect!  Thank you!! Hope I get to work with you all!!

Oh wow interesting! I’m also in the running at CHLA and there’s is $34 an hour for days but they do time and a half after 8 hours, so it equals out to $39 an hour for days. Plus a significant differential for nights. I thought CHOC would be higher, but guess I was wrong! Thanks for the info about interviews too! Crossing my fingers for everyone!

Hi all, Still no word on a virtual interview yet - looking at past cohorts - hoping we hear back this week! On another note - does anyone know the rough starting hourly salary for the program? Thanks and crossing fingers for all of us!
