CCSF 2021

Published

Hello everyone,

Is anyone else applying to CCSF for 2021? Their application period is opening up on the 20th of January.

Also, if you are/have been a nursing student at CCSF please let us know about your experience with this program, multi criteria points, clinical, etc. I am super curious and would greatly appreciate it.

I’m still very far, past 160…Lucky you’re so close already!

I have a couple questions about the ADN-BSN program with SFSU. When do you apply? Is space limited?

Any update about the standby’s number? Has anyone called recently?

Hey guys, for those of you that got accepted or put on the waitlist; how many estimated points did you have? Thanks for any input! Just trying to see the likelihood of me getting in during the next application cycle.

I got the call yesterday for Spring 2022. I was number 151

I got in to CCSF for the fall of 2019 and finished in may of 2021. I got in because had A's in anatomy, Microbiology, and physiology. I also had an A in Chemistry for health sciences. I had a bit more then the minimum hours of hospital experience. I had a TEAS score that was a hair under 80%. My friend got in with the same pre-rec grades I had and a %70 percent on the TEAS. I also got into 4 of the other schools I applied to including Chabot in Oakland. Also an A- in a pre-rec is considered an A.

Good luck

And better luck if you get in.

You will work your hands until they bleed. Just not literally.

One final thing. YOU CAN DO IT TOO!

Can you give any specifics about your time int he program? Were you able to go into hospitals for clinicals? How were the professors and the workload for the 1st year? Any other advice would be appreciated.
