CCSF 2021

Hello everyone,

Is anyone else applying to CCSF for 2021? Their application period is opening up on the 20th of January.

Also, if you are/have been a nursing student at CCSF please let us know about your experience with this program, multi criteria points, clinical, etc. I am super curious and would greatly appreciate it.

 @JO3, Yay, Thank you for the update!  You must have a really good number for being accepted still for Fall 2021…That is such a great news!  I’m hoping the list keeps moving ?

Thank you!! ?? I was #114 on standby! I thought I was going to be called for Spring 2022.

Hi everyone, hope you all are doing well. I was on standby at #112 and got an offer for the fall 2021 semester, however, I declined it as I got accepted into another school in the bay area. I was very close to dropping that one and accepting this one instead, but I ultimately decided not to. Just wanted to give the standby applicants an idea of where they are at. I hope I make another standby applicant happy by declining! Good luck everyone!

Did you just get the notification today or was it from another day? Also do you happen to know when they’re going to stop accepting from the standby list? Thank you.

I actually got the notification at 10pm on June 29th but didn't read my email until yesterday morning. I had until noon today to email them if I was interested. I had a discussion with Helen, and I ultimately chose to decline the offer. I'm not sure what number they are on, but it should be at least #115 based on what I've read here. I actually read a previous year's forum and saw that they got into the #150s. Don't lose hope! My offer was for the fall 2021 semester too, so I think they will continue to go down the list if they're still filling in empty spots for the fall semester.

Ahh fsho, and I appreciate it! I’m actually #135 and hoping to be offered a spot for either term haha. Im hoping for the fall term tho ??

I think you're in a good spot. It looks like CCSF is relatively late in sending acceptances compared to other schools. I applied to about 10 other ADN programs and heard from all of them by the beginning of June. I'm thinking a lot of those who got offers at CCSF would decline because they might have gotten accepted someplace else already like myself. So I think you have a good chance of getting in ?
