CCRI nursing fall 2015 acceptance

Hi, I was wondering who will be applying to the CCRI fall 2015 program in Feb. How many points do you have? Also have you completed all of the general classes or does anyone still have some left and still plan to apply? Thanks!

Jyinfinte, how is the program going for you, so far? Has it met your expectations? Is there any advice you could provide for those who have been accepted? Congrats on being accepted in the first place.

Nursing is rather a common sense with scientific knowledge behind. Stay active. Yep, you can work 27 hour or less / week. Be prepare for clinical. Score a good great on First exam. I know it is stressful but DEAL WITH IT!

Now that the application period has been extended to March 13th, I wonder when we can expect to hear back from the nursing department..the wait is driving me crazy!

Last semester most of the emails went out on March 31st so I'm guessing around April 13th or so. Too long if you ask me lol!

Why would you say it will take longer then last time?

They are pulling evaluations on a consistent basis as they have in the past.

So if they extended the registration deadline by 10 or 13 days then the outcome should come 10 to 13 days later then it has in the past.

I am still waiting to register till right near the end, but I have been told that they are letting you choose all campuses and all sessions in order of 1 to 4, so that seems to be a step in the correct direction for a state sponsored school.

It usually takes longer than expected date. last year it announced on mid April but the expected date was march 31 or April 1.

The last spring application was the same too. I have been in nursing and I applied two times at CCRI. This is how I know.

You Should All relax and take deep breath. I know I was in your shoes not once but twice. Just keep hoping for the best and the worst. GOOD LUCK
