CCP Nursing 2017

Hey everyone! I'm planning on applying for CCP's nursing program starting Fall 2017. Is there anybody else who's also applying this year? And for those who applied already, how does their point system work when it comes to picking who gets accepted?

I've applied for the Fall '17 nursing program as well. I'm waiting to get my test date for the Kaplan. Have any of you taken it already?

No I am waiting for my test date as well! It will probably come within the next week or so.

I ordered the book last night from Amazon. It was like $14. I am super nervous as well. Just waiting to finish my current semester to register my GPA, then i will be applying. I have noticed a lot of people after the Info session were asking questions that most of the time was answered with "no'. Meaning that a lot of students that are at these sessions might not even qualify to apply. Its all about the Kaplan Points. if you get 8 points, you should be good to go.

How did you do for the fall semester?

I feel you. I wonder how long it will take to get our composite scores.

All I know is we get a "raw" score as soon as we finish the exam. Then we have to go talk to a counselor so they can give us our Composite score. I'm going straight on over after I finish my test!

I took my test on the 9th of this month and got a 79. Really hoping i get into this program too. Im sitting on 7 points right now hoping they accept me. Only if i had got an 80 on the test, that woulda bumped me up to 8 points. Im praying on it though. Good luck everyone.

Dellrich89 congrats on your score! I'm hoping for good results on my test. How did they factor in your grade for the science section if you don't mind me asking?
