Anyone applying to ccbc for next fall?

I am applying to the Essex day program for ATB and trying for Towson. I just don't know what to think and the anticipation is brutal. Everyone has said that I shouldn't worry but I have seen people on here say they were waitlisted with similar stats. Super nerve wracking!

Are you applying for an ATB program? I think Towson is the most popular from what I've heard.

Hi Everyone!

I applied to the Fall 2018 Evening/Weekends @ Essex. I am anxiously awaiting for my response. It currently says my application is " under review". I have a 3.78 GPA but only got proficient on my TEAS exam. My reading score was 83%. I have been told I am OK and most likely to get in by some people but I am nervous after reading everything on this site. I would really hate to have to re-apply. Keep me posted if you guys hear anything and I will do the same!

So I'm freaking out a little. They evaluate my TEAS GPA differently than CCBC does..are the criteria different??

I think they calculate your science GPA only so it is different than your transcript GPA. TEAS is all the same grade but you have to score proficient or higher with at least a 69% in the reading section.

ok cuz I talked to one of the advisers that said it was fine that I got an FX for Bio - I had to get out of the class and it was past the withdrawal date - but it looks like they calculated that into my science - so even though my GPA is above 3.5 independent of that they are evaluating it as included in my science?

I don't think they include BIO 110 or at least that's what I was told.
