Hello I just took my TEAS and scored a proficient at 75& and my GPA is 3.67. I really hope I get in. I figured I would start a thread :)
For anyone that still has not gotten their letter: I spoke with Ms.Degner in advising today face to face and she acknowledged that if I paid a seat fee I am accepted and now holding my seat in the program. It was important to meet with her thought because I knew nothing of the orientation (what time/where) sooooo if you have a seat fee, pay it! She put a call in for me to the department that sends the letters asking that they resend my information as well. So I was finally able to officially feel excited - and scared HA!
Lauren, it looks like I have to friend you (or you can friend me) on fb before I can create the group. My name is Christina Shapiro
OK I went on and there was only one Christy Shapiro in this area - the pic showed dark hair but it sounds like she cares about fitness and is most definitely a mom :) I hope I friended you - if not my name is Lauren Reamer (the pic that's up is still of my mom and I when I was very little from Mother's day).

Lol, yup, that's me! I just created the group; if anyone would like to join just friend me on fb and I'll add you to the group. I'll get to personalizing it a bit more after I take this A&P II final this evening!
Hi everyone! My name is Ashley and I was accepted into the Essex Day program. Is anyone here trying to apply for the Associate's to Bachelor
s program with Towson?
I had considered this option, but I'm leaning towards an RN to MS bridge program. Since I already have a bachelor's degree I think this makes more sense. UMSON offers a program that allows students with their RN and a bachelor's degree in another discipline to bridge to a MS while earning their BSN in the process. I'll still get the information about the BSN offered by Towson.
So does that mean as long as you qualify you are automatically accepted? I know there is a meeting next week to answer questions, I'm just anxious/excited about it! I have a 2 and 4 y/o and my husband will be gone the first two months of the semester for work so I'm wondering how much "extra" material there will be.
My heart was set on UMSON-I was waitlisted unfortunately. I wouldn't mind going back and doing it online, it just seems that knocking it out faster would be extra helpful! I would prefer the PA program after instead of a master's in science. My husband is in the military and a physician assistant accreditation is more transferable than a nurse practitioner.

Thanks for sharing this information. I also already have a bachelor's degree and would love to do an RN to MS bridge.
