CCBC Essex RN Program Spring 2015

Published

Hello everyone! I am new to this site but so glad I found it, has anyone else applied to CCBC RN program for Spring 2015? If so what is your application status? Maybe we can all help each-other out since we are all probably going nuts waiting to hear something. :)

@08302013xoxo I, too, got my seat fee for Catonsville Day. I am still waiting on hearing from UofM. 08302013xoxo, the only way I can do this program is if I can do the bridge to Towson. Have you heard much about it? I have heard they choose you, and not the other way around.

I completely understand where you're coming from. If I don't get off the wait list from Towson, this is my best shot. Good luck with UofM. Gwyn sent me an email about it earlier this summer. You get your Associates in 2 and your BSN in the following term making it 2.5 years. You take classes at CCBC and Towson. It includes summer and winter. I just reread her email. It's limited to 25 students

No I don't but I'm sure it's limited

Just reread an email Gwyn sent me. It's limited to 25 students.

Sweet! I'm excited to talk to people in the same class. I don't know anyone going into the spring. Are you applying to the Towson bridge option?

I'm in at Catonsville day!! Anyone else showing their seat fees yet??
I am. I am going to get started tomorrow with it. Any idea as to how many they accept?

I got my seat Fee!!! for Catonsville day....I am interested in the bridge program too but as far as I know they come to you about it, you can't actually apply for it, and yes it's 25 students, but that is actually split between both the Catonsville and Essex campuses, so not that many at all...I am so excited!!

Thanks for responding! I hope you get off the wait list for Towson, but I totally understand this may be your best shot. I, too, feel that way. I was going to shoot over an email this weekend about the CCBC/Towson program. The fact that it is ONLY 25 people scares me.

Do we apply for it, or do they choose us/they come to us?

Congrats to everyone that got in! I didn't make the cut this time : ( but that's ok Ill just have to apply again in march!

Thanks! I hope so as well. I can forward you the email she sent me. It has 2 attachments with more information. The attachment says we'll get the application during orientation

I am so so sorry. But please do not ever give up. I have been waiting and working for this moment for the last 4 years and so many times I felt like giving up but never did. If this is your dream you will keep striving for it no matter how long it takes. Keep your head up girl

I'm really and truly sorry to hear that ? That's a good attitude. Never give up! This my 2nd time doing this and the 1st time I got rejected. Sending positive energy your way!

@mwilso18 Me too! In the past I think people usually create a FB page so everyone can communicate before the program actual starts. I didn't apply for the Towson bridge option. Did you?
