CCAC North Campus Day

I thought that since we all have our information meeting tomorrow I would create a thread for us :) I already am just nervous about the meeting. Did anyone get a piece of paper with their options of courses? I know Boyce campus got theirs before they had the meeting and I haven't received anything so I'm getting paranoid.

Thought I'd join this thread since I am in the North Campus Day program and would love to get to know some of my soon to be classmates! I chose the option 2 schedule... anyone else?

I'm curious if you got any more information at your meeting then we did at Boyce? Or did you just pick classes and order uniforms?

picked schedules.... ordered uniforms... got a couple packets of info for all the things we need to do over the summer and important dates to remember for the first semester and info on a drug calc class available in june.

Yeah, we got our packets at the meeting - I'm not sure if you guys did. So much to do! I've been looking through things and the only thing I have a question about is the medical stuff. I found the physicians forms but I don't know if we go to the doctor and they order the blood work or if there is some paperwork about the blood work that I am just not seeing.

where dd you find the physician forms? I didnt see the one that the doc actually needs to fill out

Go to:

to do lists --> clinical requirements --> nursing student examination health form

Right above where it says download file there's a link you click where the file is.

Its pretty basic but what I don't get is do you go to the doctor or clinic and they order the blood tests or is there some place else we get that form. I'm starting mine next week because some of those immunizations take time

My friend is taking nursing program at shadyside hospital. They had to have references for a program and essay as well. That's why I've asked. But I got my packet and apparently we don't need to have them
