CCAC FALL 2019 Hopefuls!

I'm putting this page up pretttty early but only because I'm excited lol. I wanted to create a place for those applying next spring for fall 2019 to start to be able to talk about our journeys as we finish pre reqs or Co reps(all non nursing courses)for those shooting for the fast track at Boyce like myself! I'm currently for finishing up a summer semester of intermediate Algebra, intro to psych, and English 102. In the fall I'll be taking A&P 2 and human development, then finish off all non nursing courses with A&P 2 in spring 2019 and microbiology in summer 2019 just before fall start 😊. Where are you at on your journey?

I'm in A&P II for the Summer. I'll still have Micro. I'm an LPN so had everything else. I'm telling myself I won't be heartbroken b/c I can then finish those 2 classes and apply next Spring but I'm not fooling myself. I will be crushed.

see, I'm starting to doubt my 4.0 gpa is enough. I am taking AP1 now, and Micro and AP2 this summer. Hm...

If your 4.0 isn't enough then my 3.4 certainly isn't enough. :(

Those were my thoughts exactly but I’m sure you’ll have no problem getting in!

but you get extra points for A+P1. As an LPN you have an upper hand

IDK, from what I understand we are pooled in with everyone else, unless I misunderstood at the informational.

I know they use some kind of point system where a point is added if you have an A in AP1, AP2 or micro and you get .5 for a B.
