Hmm, good question. I believe the registration is soley for nursing classes being that acceptance into the program is a prereq and your co-reqs are up to you to fill in along the way. But, I'm not sure that they also want to supervise your current and future course loads during the program, making sure you don't have any conflicts between classes. If they are summer classes, I would commit. Try emailing or calling the nursing department.

Amber suggested to wait until the orientation then to register for my co-reqs. But I'm gonna take psychology this summer. My teacher is Sarah Trafican. Did anybody take class with her? Don't know what to expect bc there are no reviews on ratemyprofessors.com

Kat Iudina i dont know that teacher but i have taken psycology(both of them ) with Metz-Foley she is great teacher ... Also in the summer she does an open book open note exams "if she is has not changed" i loved her , i would recomend you to take her class if possible !!!

Hi everyone! I made it in to the evening allegheny program as well and am getting nervous now since I haven't received a packet. I'm guessing it came in the mail? Do we have to get thinks completed before June 10th? Does it list what the schedules look like? I hope I get mine tomorrow.

No its does not tell the schedule, its all about bagpckground check immunization and etc... There is pleanty of time i dont remember exact date but i know its till july something we have 2 months ...we will be okey ...

Has anybody began the process of downloading and submitting ALL of the background check forms? I would like to get started now, but I am not entirely sure if they want a completed background check before a particular date?

I didn't get it too. Have my fingerprints and background check done in march. I don't know if I can use it.

You can start on everything now, but the background check, fingerprints and physical need to be dated after the date on the letter (mine had May 15th on it) except for the drug test. That's done end of July or beginning of August. I submitted the background check, childline and the fingerprints already.
