Published

Has anyone applied/heard back from CWRU for grad-entry yet? All of my application materials got submitted last week so I am still waiting.

I got in for the grad entry program.

When did you apply/interview/get the final decision? I just heard today that I got an interview.

I sent everything in right before Christmas and heard back January 18th.

I set up my interview the first Monday of February and heard back a week later

Who was your interviewer? Do you know if everyone gets an interview? I’m not sure if they still might ask me for a GRE even though I got to the interview stage or if it means everything else on my app looks good and now they just want to meet me?

I met with Janine. I'm not sure if everyone gets an interview or not. I didn't have to send in any GRE scores though. After the interview its just a waiting process to here back. They might even tell you at the interview that you'll be expecting an acceptance letter like did they did for me.

Thank you for the info ? and congrats!!!

Thanks, Maybe we'll see each other this fall!

Congrats to those who have been accepted. I applied on March 1, and received an email today about having an interview with Dr. Molly Jackson, the Program Director. May I know if anyone has been interviewed by Dr. Molly? It's my first time for the nursing school interview. Could anyone share some tips about what I shall prepare? Your input is much appreciated:)

My interview isn’t until the 19th but I’ll let you know!

Hi lilpanda,

I did not interview with Dr. Molly Jackson but the interview questions were very generic when I interviewed. They were mostly regarding why I want to pursue nursing, what I hope to do with the degree, a difficult situation in my life and how I dealt with it. Be yourself, and you will be fine especially if you have interviewed at other universities.

Thank you kpoptop for answering my questions. Today's interview took about 45 mins. At the end of the interview, Dr. Jackson gave some advice about if I am admitted to the program; for example, she could connect me with some professors in the field of my research interest. I am informed that decision will arrive within two weeks via email from school, and she will also send me an additional email about the decision. I don't know if these show a good sign about the chance of acceptance.
