Case Western Reserve University - MN Grad Entry 2019

Published

Has anyone applied/heard back from CWRU for grad-entry yet? All of my application materials got submitted last week so I am still waiting.

Awesome! congratulations!!! I was hoping to apply as soon as possible. Since they are rolling admissions, definitely! I need to retake human development because its about to be longer than a 5 years this coming up summer, and i guess statistics too! Background as in major, GPA, minor, experience, things like that.

How was the interview process?

Thank you! I think the applications have closed for this upcoming year, so I would just get your app in ASAP for the following year. My major was english and I had a 3.8 GPA, and my experience was mainly through shadowing and internships. I did not take the GRE. The interview process was very straightforward and the turnaround time from when I applied to when I heard back was within a month or two.

No Problem! ? and Oh Okay! That's not too bad in terms of the turnaround time for hearing back.

I got in for the grad entry program.

Hi!! I'm currently applying for the 2020 fall start! Was wondering if you could share what your stats when you applied?(gpa, etc.) Also, was wondering how you like the program so far?

Thank you! Good luck :)

For those accepted last year, do you know more about anyone else in your class as far as how long it took for them to get their acceptance letter post-interview? I'm nervous because I think I answered questions terribly in my interview on 1/24. I'm still waiting to hear back, and seeing that most of you got your acceptance letters a week after your interview, it makes me question if I will get in. I graduated with a BA in Criminology and a minor in Sociology in 2012 and have since worked a number of different jobs, including doula work. My undergrad GPA is 3.69 and I have a 4.0 in all prereq courses with two in progress now. I didn't get to shadow anyone, I was able to interview a certified nurse midwife and I worry that this is going to hurt my chances. Do you think if I haven't heard back yet, it probably isn't great news?
