Did not see a thread for applicants for the Case Western 2026 application cycle Goodluck to all applying

does anyone know if the interview is in person or via zoom?

I called the school and they're still processing my request for an unofficial transcript. I was able to access a grade report for the 2 classes I took at this institution which I uploaded to my portal. However, I wasn't sure which material type to choose so I uploaded each file under the most fitting option, "Standardized Test Score Report (Unofficial)." I'm hoping it's OK because if it's OK to have an unofficial transcript, you're technically providing the same information. You can also email it directly to them using your reference number. Are you able to populate an unofficial one, send it you yourself, then download it? If you can, send it directly via email to LEAP and put the reference number in the subject line. I think that would at least give you a better "shot" at showing a complete profile, versus uploading it in a spot you don't know belongs and it possibly being overlooked. I'm new to this so my suggestion may be off, I'm just trying to help in anyway I can.

I appreciate it! Thank you for the suggestion!! There's also a waiting period to get the unofficial transcript 😓 but I emailed them the grade reports that I was able to obtain. I'm hoping for the best!!

I'm really glad you emailed it to them! I also saw on the website, that in the past, they still accepted material beyond the deadline. This more than likely applies to your situation, too! I'm manifesting success for you as well. You've got this!

I know last year they did interviews in Feb, since this year the application closed a month early. Does that mean interviews will be earlier?

I can't say for sure since nothing is officially stated on the website, and I haven't attended any virtual sessions yet. However, previous cohorts mentioned that the program aimed to notify candidates earlier so they'd have time to get their affairs in order. In the past, people were notified in February and the program started in May. Based on that, I'd say it's very possible, and hopefully the case! Good luck 😊

Anyone know what they look for? 
like example, programs like to see candidates take more leadership and certifications to stand out. 
 

what does the LEAP program really look for? People who have low GPAs who will extremely struggle getting an interview? I hope I'm making sense.

From looking at previous year, sounds like they will be giving interview intivits around mid January. I'll respond to this thread if I hear anything back.

Not bad, pretty straight forward. I got wait listed last year, hoping for a better outcome this year 😁
