Did not see a thread for applicants for the Case Western 2026 application cycle Goodluck to all applying

The website no longer mentions features like interviews, which it previously included. Are they changing their process or not? Does anyone know what is going on with the upcoming cohort process?
I emailed two different contacts for the program with no reply. I submitted my application and I'm hoping for the best.

I'm using the materials that I used to study for my CCRN and CSC. I work in the CVICU; since it is highly specialized I may not care for patients with certain medical issues. The Barron's book is extremely helpful because it goes over key concepts related to MODS, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Endocrine, GI, etc. The CSC helps if you want to understand specific complications of various cardiac procedures and concerns to monitor for within the first 48 hours of post operative care.

Typically you'll have access to the unofficial transcript. Did you upload an unofficial transcript to your portal? I would imagine —if all transcripts aren't uploaded, the application is deemed incomplete. However, they make it easier by allowing us to upload unofficial's and if offered a spot, we can then order official transcripts.

I called the school and they're still processing my request for an unofficial transcript. I was able to access a grade report for the 2 classes I took at this institution which I uploaded to my portal. However, I wasn't sure which material type to choose so I uploaded each file under the most fitting option, "Standardized Test Score Report (Unofficial)." The status for the school's transcript is still marked as "awaiting" so I'm hoping it will be okay 😓

Hey, I'm not sure if you meant to tag me but I can give you some insight from someone in the program. The board is composed of various admissions members from each affiliate school. They will all sit in on the interview so it can feel intense but doable. Last year each board member asked the applicant 1-2 questions both EI/clinical. The board as a collective unit decides on admission. This is probably helpful when matching because at least every school weighed in on an applicant's ability to handle the rigor. When in the program, there are mandatory conferences and networking required. At some point, we are asked for our top 3 and the program does their very best to put us where we want to go. The faculty are very supportive from what I'm told. Our instructor's also have some pull during the matching (I think?). From trends, I saw people didn't get acceptances until February but LEAP is aiming to shorten the time of notification to allow us more time to get our affairs in order.
