Are there specific websites I could use to find case studies relating to burns? If so, where are they? If not, I am open to suggestions.

How about under 'integumentary' in your med-surg text?

maybe ask this question in the student forum - lots of help over there
here's something that I just found, might not be as in depth as your looking for,
but with some images:

burns are of interest to me too:
so I found Lynn's story: a burn survivor {after being burned - read her story, and a doctor saying to wrap her and send her home, she was finally admitted because of 3rd degree burns}
http://www.geocities.com/a_burn_victims_story/A_Burn_Victims_Story.html
- with links to free or low-cost medication assistance
In her guestbook, there are quite a few burn survivors.
this is from Burn Survivor Resource Centre that I found on Google
