Careers available to LPN, besides LTC

I have worked since I was 15 years old. I have worked all types of retail, on the floor and supervisor/managerial positions. I became a CNA in 2005 and a LPN in 2007. I have worked in LTC since 2005 and I love working with people. I however do not like the politics of LTC. Looking to see what is available for LPNs.

I'm an lvn in home health. I think it's a perfect job for maybe an older lvn or someone who doesn't want to be running around with so many patients. The pay is lower than LTC facilities and SNF

My mom is a RN and worked for an insurance company that hired Lvn case managers as a work at home. Her boss was a lvn. My mom eventually left due to low pay and now reside with Aetna as a work at home workers comp
