Hello everyone, are there care plan cheat sheets or head to toe cheat sheets available? I would like to create a mini binder care plan with notes to bring to clinicals. Thank you :)

Easy buy the actual current NANDA-I (If your text even has the 2015 latest version of nursing diagnosis) you can purchase as an ebook for cheap for Nook or Kindle. Free shipping for students on Amazon. Having the definitive source for NANDA-I with all the related factors and defining characteristics is always the best choice. Texts and care plan books are limited by copyright permissions as to what they can reprint with permission. The book isn't too costly and quite a valuable resource. The 2015 version is laid out even better than the previous version. I like the nook version because you can search by keyword plus I can also view it on a laptop or tablet such as iPad or even a smart phone with an app if I so desire. Easily portable if you have the eBook version! Plus you can impress your instructors with quoting from the ONLY definitive source.
