The job is so rewarding yet so difficult at the same time! Currently working in a busy private care home, but starting to wish i had never became a nurse in the first place. Having to give the manager statement after statement for incidents that do not involve myself, but i am having to do as I have been the nurse in charge the day things happened, having no support from the manager, constantly feeling like i am not good enough at my job, having crippling anxiety and stress relating to my job, the list goes on! I love the residents and the staff i work with but i need help! I have applied for a few jobs but have had no luck yet.

Dear veranda91 !
If you don´t get any support from your manager, he´s maybe the wrong one.
- So far - so good - .
You´re responsible for the residents.
If there are "things", you can´t check or answer for, it´s better to clear out - even without a new job in progress.
Always better as land in court.
