In the interview it was tough competition but I just showed my sheer enthusiasm for critical care and for the program. I highlighted my areas of expertise but also let know that I had faults and was willing to address and work on those faults.

1. Did they provide you learning opportunities regarding procedural skills, I.e. central line, etc. My concern is that the residents will be given priority when it comes to such…

2. At the time that you applied, how was the interview process?

3. How many hours did you work on average in a week?

4. How much was your stipend?

5. Do they normally hire their fellows upon the completion of the program?
