Capital needed to start a new Home Health Agency

With 6 years of Home health RN Case Management experience under my belt, i have finally decided to start my own HHA here in Southern California using the deemed status acreditation by JCAHO. Does anyone know how much money you need to have in the company account to be granted deemed or certified to bill medicare? Is this Capital issue a requirement by medicare or is it just a good thing to have since its a new business? Any feedback towards this thread is greatly apreciated. Be safe out there nurses.
