Idea: Starting a home care agency

Hi everyone! I've been reading all the interesting posts people have made for years and have finally decided to make my own account ? 

About me:  a RN with a BSN . Currently, I'm studying to become a nurse practitioner. Currently I work bedside in a hospital and love the medical field. I would love to work as a dermatologist eventually. Also love my elderly population and would love to open a home health agency to care for aging population in New York.

Can anyone guide me on what would have to be done? Any experience starting one up? Licenses etc. feel free to chime in ♥️
