Is anyone enrolled in the Capella RN to BSN flex path program? If so, how do you like it so far? I am in the traditional program, pulling A's and was recently inducted into the honor society; I am thinking of switching formats and I would love some feedback.
Hi everyone! I am enrolling in Capella's flexpath RN to BSN. My main concern was admission to graduate school after graduation d/t the competency based education. Capella will provide a letter-based transcript upon request. Also, I called Rutgers University and NYU graduate admissions today- and they both informed me that the style of education and grading method is not a factor. As long as the degree is conferred by an accredited institution. So that helped me make my decision and maybe it will help you all with your decision. Also, once I complete my first course, I will request a letter based transcript and post it here so everyone can see what they are getting.
Thank you for your help!!, I was tossing around WGU and Capella.....I think I just made my decision Are you saying the instructors grade your paper, tell you what's wrong with the paper, and then you get a chance to fix it?
Yes, there are instructions for exactly what content they want covered in the paper. Then after you submit your first paper the instructor grades it and tells you if you need to improve in content, APA or grammer. My papers usually had APA errors not content issues, since they list exactly what they want you to cover.
