Is it b/c I have not posted in a while?
I cannot start a new topic.
I was going to ask (in another area -- nurses or students -- not the "help" area) what "Readiness" means in a NANDA diagnosis. I know it's a really basic question, but I am a first semester student! Does it mean the client NEEDS readiness or HAS readiness?? I hope my question makes sense and does not seem silly!!!

I think someone answered the same question a few years ago: NANDA RT for Readiness for Enhanced Power - General Nursing Student

I think it means they have expressed readiness.
