What countries recognize the Canadian RN Exam? I am aware England and Australia accept us, anywhere else without writing another exam?

I know that the UK (& possibly Australia & NZ too) doesn't have an equivalent to the CRNE or N-CLEX & that's why it's "accepted.' I use the inverted comma because you still have to undertake a very long & drawn out adaptation program in the UK (I can't comment on Oz or NZ on that matter) in order to practice there.
In the hospital where I used to work the adaptation program started at 6 months & quickly progressed to 9 & they were talking of the full year before I left. For that year you were only paid as a level 2 health care assistant! Hardly enough to live on!! Personally I thought it was not much more than cheap labour for the hospitals.
So actually it takes way longer to be approved to nurse in the UK than it took me to get accepted to nurse in the US (although retrogression put paid to that) or Canada, where all I had to do was have my credentials approved & then take & pass the requisite RN exam.
However, all that said, unless you are in a high demand (listed on the NMC website I believe) area such as NICU or hold a European Union/UK citizenship you won't get a look in at UK nursing right now. So it's irrelevant really.
wow, so different then the agency I have just started talking to (http://www.continentaltravelnurse.com/) They made it sound like there where a number of jobs available. And they made the process seem doable and didn't mention anything about an adaption program. I'll have to ask them about it.
Thanks
You should have a good read of the "stickies" in the International & regional forums. Also do a thread search for your topic - but be VERY aware of the dates that the threads were written because things change rapidly.

Each country will have their own requirements on what is and isn't acceptable. This will explain the NMC requirements and really for a work permit for the UK you need to be experienced in a job that is on the shortage occupation list. I am not sure how the agency is getting round that hurdle but the economic situation in the UK with very high unemployment (highest for a few years) agencies are getting used less and less
